Recently in sunny South Florida, red hot R. Kelley camped out at Criteria Studios. The dates saw Kelly lend the magic touch to several artists such as MC Lyte and Changing Faces. Engineer Stephen George and assistant Chris Carroll joined producer Kelley behind the board. Warner Bros recording artists Cool For August completed several songs for their initial label offering. Producer Matt Serletic (Collective Soul) was joined by engineer Jeff Tomei (Smashing Pumpkins) They were assisted by Steve Robillard. Jazz trumpet great Arturo Sandoval completed mixes for his forthcoming GRP Records release. The DOLBY SR project was mixed by Ron Taylor with assistance from Chris Carroll. Reggae bad boys Inner Circle spent some time at Criteria completing vocals and some mixing. Principals Ian and Roger Lewis produced with engineers Paul Smith and Keith Rose. Producers Shawn and Derek (playstation) Baker joined forces with Stress Records to complete tracks for local artists G-SHORTIES. Engineer Ray (don’t blow up my stuff) Seay dialed in the bass with some assistance from Chris "scooby" Spahr.
