Recently Criteria Recording Studios in Miami Florida hosted Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Gregg Allman. Allman joined forces with longtime producer Tom Dowd to complete his next offering for Sony/550 Music. Criteria staffer Chris Carroll assisted Dowd. Fresh off the road, producer Norman Miller spent some time at Criteria mixing live performances of the "My Utmost for his Highest" tour. The concert series features contemporary Christian heavy hitters Steven Chapman-Curtis, Twila Paris, Sandui Patti and Avalon. Engineer Chris Carlton oversaw the details with assistant P. Mark Dobson. MCA Recording artist Aaron Hall continued work on a solo record. Producer Joe Wilson and engineer Scott Kieklak manned the controls. They were assisted by Kieran Wagner. Zen Dog continued work on several additional song. Producer Mike Couzzi also handled engineering chores. He was assisted by Matthew Shaw. Miami based Eric Knight Band cut tracks for a forthcoming release. Knight produced with engineer Keith Rose.
