Criteria Studios in Miami recently played host to red hot Canadian vocalist Celine Dion. The project saw several noted producers team with Dion during its duration. The bulk of the production was handled by David Foster and Humberto Gatica. Also joining in the fun were Bryan Adams and Rick Wake. The 48 tk digital sessions were assisted by Chris Brooke and A.J. Bosco. French label Naive wrapped up production on a release by Cuban expatriate author Zoe Valdes. The concept album provides the musical backdrop for the award winning author's next offering. Producer/engineer Carlos Alvarez (Julio Iglesias, Shakira) teamed up with musical director Omar Hernandez. They were assisted by Kieran Wagner and Scott Kieklak. Criteria's 4096G+ mix room recently completed mixes for an upcoming David Bowie release. Producer and past Bowie cohort Tony Visconti (Scary Monsters etc.) teamed again. Staffer Chris Carroll provided engineering assistance. Venezuelan balladeer Jose Luis Rodriguez continued production on his next LP. Rodriguez and Julian Navarro produced the project, his fifth at Criteria. Mike Couzzi and JC Uloa provided engineering expertise. They were assisted by Luly Deya.
