Recently at Criteria Studios producer/engineer Hugh Padgham wrapped up some remixes for the forthcoming Bee Gees release. Engineers John Merchant and Chris Carroll provided some assistance. In several other rooms, balladeer Vic Damone completed strings and mixes with producer arranger Bebu Silvetti. The engineering team consisted of Joel Numa, Alfredo Matheus , Chris Spahr and Scott Kieklak. Mexican vocalist Fey continued vocal overdubs for a Portuguese release on Sony Music International. Producer Cesar Lemos and engineer Cesar Sogbe camped out behind the board. Criteria staffer Chris Spahr assisted the dates. On a local note, projects for Susie Creamcheese,Trace Elements and Love Canal are nearing completion. Newly signed to UM’s Canes Records, El Duende continued work at both UM and Criteria with producer Mike Couzzi.
